Anyway, it's time for stage two: Frying them up. Your oil should be nice and hot by now, but if it isn't, go ahead anyway. Lay as many potstickers as possible out in the oil, but keep them from touching. You can use your two spoons to manipulate them from a distance. After a brief pause, wiggle each one in the oil, to make sure it's got enough oil underneath it to avoid burning or sticking.
