Find one of those all-in-one touch tone fones with the curly cords.
Cut off the curly cord and throw everything else away. (Those phones suck anyhow, right?)
Make an incision in one end of the curly cord and grip the red and green wires.
Pull them so that they cut through the side of the insulation.
Do this until the red and green wires are completely seperated from the insulation.
Throw away the red and green wires.
Cut the gutted curly insulation into eight inch strips. Chew on two or three at a time.
