Wednesday - A travel day. We turned south on Hwy 97 and, after driving a total of almost 500 miles, we made it to Clinton, just north of Cache Creek. The Clinton Pines RV Park was on a hill in the forest above town with excellent facilities, appreciated by hot, tired and crabby M & B. The kids decided to keep going and "make a run for the border," to reconnect with us later in Portland.
