Monday - 3:15 PM: We're underway (15532.6 on the odometer with $35.50 worth of gas) headed for Margaret's daughter's house in Portland, our first stop. They (Kristy and Cliff) offered dinner and RV hookups but heavy rain with lightning slowed our progress. After a "fast food" stop we got there at 7:30, too late for dinner. Garrett and Sherrila (G & S) continued to Z's (one of Garrett's buddies) apartment for the night.
