Andy bought a combination fax, scanner, copier, and printer from HP a few months ago. It refused to print with anything but the color cartridge, and when that ran out, it refused to do anything at all except complain about the empty cartridge. Andy needs to send a fax, so he's busted out his US Robotics 56k Fax modem. It's from home, so of course his pet rabbit chewed through the power adapter cable. Rather than rush out for an hour to buy a new one, he busted the old one open and repaired it in the shop with his butane powered soldering iron. It's the little things that make a good manager, I think.
