I'd like to confess up front: I didn't make this tutorial for the public good. I made it because I love potstickers! I love eating them, talking about them, and taking pictures of them! Look at them, there in the bag - sooo delicious - the perfect little vehicles for salt, protein, and high-quality oil. The ones you see before you are actually vegan potstickers. They're made of dough with no eggs, and they contain wheat gluten instead of meat. (Wheat gluten and meat have a pretty similar texture.) Gotta love those Asian supermarkets! These two bags were purchased at a store called '99-Ranch', in San Jose.
